Rates are based on a two night minimum stay. Single night stays can sometimes be arranged. Call for rates and availability. Discounts are given for a stay of five nights or more. Rates shown are for single or double occupancy per night, and do not include 10% lodging tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, cash, and checks. A cancellation with at least 14 day advance notice will be fully refunded the full rate less a 10% processing fee. With less than 14 days notice, any nights that we are unable to re-rent will be charged the full rate. Full payment required at the time of booking if reservation is 2 weeks away or less. For all other reservations 50% payment is due at time of booking and remaining 50% due upon arrival. Check-in is anytime after 4pm. Checkout is by 11am. All cottages are non-smoking. Sorry, we can not accommodate pets.
